When you focus on what's going wrong, you think about what's going wrong, you feel wrong, you are less motivated to take action, and the results are....[drumroll].... WRONG.
When you focus on what is going RIGHT - all that you have accomplished and all of your blessings - you think about what's going right, you are more motivated to take positive action, to expand, and the results are EXPANSIVE.
Make expressing gratitude for all you are and all you have a regular thing.
